Hi Everyone, I've got a few didgeridoo related things coming up in the next couple of weeks for those of you who are around the Seattle or Puget sound area....or even if you're not. They are: Sunday, 2/8 7-9:30pm Didgeridoo performance with Steve Saville on hand drums Makeda Coffee 153 N 78th St. Seattle, WA 98103 Saturday, 2/14 4:30-7pm Didgeridoo and Acoustic Instrument Jam Zippy's Java Lounge 1804 Hewitt Ave. Everett, WA 98201 I know it's Valentine's Day but come jam anyway!! We'll have ton's of fun. Sunday, 2/15 Didgeridoo Workshops Dusty Strings 3406 Fremont Ave. N, Seattle, Washington 98103 Didgeridoo Workshop for Beginners 12:15-2:15pm This workshop will cover the basics of getting the drone, clarifying the drone, circular breathing, vocals and other techniques to get you started. Past classes have been a lot of fun so come over and join in. Intermediate Didgeridoo Workshop 2:45-4:45pm This is a continuing workshop from the beginner class. In this workshop, students will learn more about circular breathing, intermediate techniques, simple rhythms and how to put those simple rhythms together to make a song. The focus is on fun as you learn. If you don't have a didgeridoo, no worries, I will have extras with me for both classes.
