So what are they made of?

The Didj was handed down from a friend to a friend to a friend then I saved it from a dusty death.I was not the one who made it so I dont know the type of wood except that it is light colored and heavy.I painted the out side did the top wrap and a few new coats of polyurethane.
Then I learned to play it.
I feel a connection with it,we have a life bond, I saved her and she teaches me.
